Part of our mission statement is to “Gather all people into a living relationship with Jesus Christ…”  In the spirit of gathering, our congregation makes it a priority to open our facility to the community, in addition to Bethesda’s ministry programming.  In order for us to accommodate as many events as possible, you will need to complete the form below and submit for consideration.  You will then be contacted with a confirmation or to discuss other options.  We can also provide you with an Event Request form in hard copy in person, or by e-mail — just ask (call 232-6256, or click here to send an email). We are blessed to have such a busy facility as part of our mission to Gather, Grow and Go. We do encourage you to remember that donations toward the use of our facilities are appreciated; the overhead cost to make our building available is $20 per hour.
